Position Overview
Corporate Development plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of Permobil. The Corporate Development team is at the forefront of these efforts, collaborating closely with senior executives to identify opportunities, shape business plans and set key priorities as well as driving M&A and business development projects. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Corporate Development and engage daily with various stakeholders across the organization, from local sales teams to the CEO.
The position is based in Kista, Sweden, and offers opportunities for international travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the annual strategic and business planning process, and working with senior managers to develop plans and set priorities
- Preparing and leading the development of top-class Board material
- Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, aligned with the company's growth objectives and strategic direction
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or divestiture opportunities
- Participating and drive strategic business development, partnership and M&A projects, to pursue identified growth opportunities and develop business cases
- Supporting the end-to-end M&A process (deal structuring, valuation and coordination of due diligence efforts)
- University degree in Business, Finance, and/or Engineering with excellent academic performance
- 3–4 years of relevant experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity, investment banking or corporate development role
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of global market dynamics and trends
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is meritorious
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
