Your Tasks

• You are the initial point of contact for our customers and patients
• You assist our customers with all inquiries related to the aligner treatment, both over the phone and in writing
• You handle customer inquiries using the "Salesforce" tool and become a "Salesforce Rockstar”
• You openly receive our customer feedback and actively collaborate within your team to identify opportunities for improvements
• You nurture our customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through an optimal customer experience
• You eagerly contribute your own ideas and support in process optimization

Your Skills

• You bring relevant experience in customer service or the medical field
• You are an absolute team player, maintaining composure with humor and calmness even in stressful situations, and you are enthusiastic about taking our service to the next level
• You possess strong communication skills, and your reliable and structured work approach sets you apart
• You already have experience in complaint management or escalation management
• You have excellent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken, and ideally, you speak English as well
