The Role
Najell is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in our online sales efforts. You will be part of our Revenue team responsible for communicating with our customers in all our channels, helping parents find the right product for them and being the first point of contact if things go wrong. Your work will mainly be computer-based via email or chat, but also over the phone. We believe in having strong relationships with our customers, and we think you can be an important part of this. When you’re not working directly with customers, you’ll contribute to developing our online communication and sales.
We believe you have experience in:
- Customer relations and sales within retail.
- Fluent Swedish and English skills are required, and additional language skills in French, German, Danish, Norwegian or other languages are a strong advantage.
- Being service-minded, skilled at understanding people, and building relationships via phone and text.
- Enjoying a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to influence your own work situation.
