We now need to strengthen our team with you who possess solid knowledge in Data Governance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Here is a list of what you also can expect working as a Data Governance Specialist:

• Act as subject matter expert for data governance topics in our data area.
• Work together with the Data Governance team to roll out governance capabilities for our customers most critical data assets.
• Define principles, guardrails and guidelines together with the product teams to secure that solutions are aligned with the architectural principles of for example Data Mesh.
• Implementing data governance processes and ways of working into a group-wide data catalog.
• Use own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action.
• Serve as a link between business and tech to ensure that the management of data is in line with current and future business requirements of our customers.
• Implement data governance roles and responsibilities to ensure clear accountability for the most critical data assets.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE

We believe that you are communicative, curious, and structured. You are a true team player and you have a positive can-do attitude. You have a holistic mindset and are typically skilled in enabling collaboration and empower teams.

We believe that you possess the following skills and experiences:

• Experience in driving data governance topics in a product development organization.
• Experience from writing guidelines and guardrails.
• Experience from large and global organizations.
• Experience from data related topics.
• Used to working with both technical and business questions.
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English and also preferably in Swedish.
• It is beneficial if you have experience from project management and agile way of working.
