THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and creative and skilled Graphics Designer to join our dynamic SEO & Content team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and videos for our currently 15 e-commerce sites for 7 markets, enhancing the content we write and publish. Your work will play a key role in engaging our customers, improving the user experience, and supporting our SEO efforts.
You will be the driver in setting up an efficient and scalable way of working to produce graphics in a high pace for several different store brands in a collaborative manner within our SEO & Content team. We are looking for a person with an interest in utilizing AI in the process and being a part of revolutionizing the way to create graphics and video utilizing the benefits of AI.
Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for category and brand pages, blog posts, articles, and other relevant e-commerce pages.
• Video Production: Develop and produce engaging videos showcasing our products, tutorials, customer testimonials, and promotional content.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure all graphics and videos align with the written content and overall brand messaging.
• Efficient and Scalable way of working: With 15 store fronts and several languages there are a lot of graphics to produce, you need to set up an efficient way of working to collaboratively hold a high pace together with the content team
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Innovative Design: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and appealing.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• +2 years proven experience in graphic design and video production, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work.
• Experience in video editing and production, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with the content and SEO teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an agile mindset that allows for flexibility and adaptive work methods.
• Fluent in English (bonus if you know Swedish as well)
