About us:
Stegra, formerly known as H2 Green Steel, is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our technology vendors to ensure we have the best tools and services available.
Modern IT Support: Provide top-notch IT support, leveraging the latest technologies to keep our team productive and our systems running smoothly. We have an exciting "0 IT Support tickets goal" for EOY 2024. You'll play a key role in ensuring those tickets are first solved but then analyzed and planned for automation.
Project Management: Lead and manage innovative projects that will shape the future of our digital workplace, from basic support tasks to implementing our next big thing.
Tool Administration: Oversee the administration of our digital tools and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and user satisfaction. This includes hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of a variety of third-party Saa S applications like Zoom, Slack, and Miro.
New Work Creation: Be a pioneer in identifying and developing new processes and technologies that will enhance our digital workplace.

Proven experience in a digital workplace or IT support role.
Strong project management skills with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
