What you’ll be doing
Do you want to be part of creating a groundbreaking, highly automated and digitalised kitchen factory in Jönköping, inspired by the automotive industry?
As the Director IT Source & Deliver, you will be part of creating a new highly automated digitized factory in Jönköping – ground-breaking for the kitchen industry, using robots from the automotive industry! You will be responsible for the creation of new SAP and MES solutions, particularly focusing on the Sourcing, Maintenance and Logistics areas, as well as internal warehousing (in the factory). The primary responsibility is our Jönköping factory, but it is also related to Olgod in Denmark and Darlington in the UK where we have large production facilities. In Olgod and Darlington we have old legacy solutions that will be replaced in the future by the new solutions.
- Be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the important SAP and MES solutions. This covers both new and already established factories.
- Lead a team of product owners (managers) and architects, that are based in Sweden, Denmark and the UK
- Be a business counterpart to the factory management and sourcing departments, and logistics department, and working closely also with the commercial teams
- Be an important part of the TED (Technology, Experience and Data) Leadership Team, collaborating with all the TED Directors in other IT and Data areas
- SAP knowledge is necessary, Supply Chain and Sourcing, (Warehousing, Logistics, etc)
- Solid IT background
- Previous experience working in the Supply Chain and Sourcing area is necessary
- Great leadership skills to manage a diverse team in a challenging environment
- Ability to facilitate the co-creation of a shared vision and roadmap for the area
- Ability to create a strong team with focus on results and all fostering a culture of psychological safety
- International environment experience
- High analytical ability and collaboration skills necessary
