About the job

We are seeking a Director of Strategy and Analytics to lead our newly formed Strategy and Analytics team. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, you will be a key strategic partner, combining data insights and business acumen to shape and execute our strategy and drive organizational success. You will closely collaborate with the executive team to drive our strategic direction and ensure initiatives are effectively executed. You will also oversee the analytics function, building and mentoring a team that helps teams across Stravito be more successful by leveraging data.


Success in this role means making data an essential part of our decision-making, helping the company and teams align around clear goals and identify paths for growth. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership and Execution

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to help define, document and drive Stravito's strategic direction.
• Provide data-driven insights for long-term planning and key decisions.
• Follow up on initiatives to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.

Analytics Leadership

• Oversee the analytics function, supporting all teams across the organization.
• Develop analytics frameworks and ways of working that support strategic goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, emphasizing data quality and governance.

Business and Product Analytics

• Help iconic Fortune 500 brands succeed by enabling Stravito teams leverage data to build and sell a better product.
• Ensure the analytics function delivers value and earns a seat at the table with key stakeholders in product and business teams.
• Define and analyze metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and measure the impact of initiatives.

About you

We believe you are a seasoned strategic thinker, not afraid of hands-on work, ready to drive impactful change through analytics. To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Strategic experience - Background in company strategy, ideally as a former strategy consultant or in a company strategy team.
• Analytics experience - Hands-on experience with analytics in a product company or Saa S environment.
• Team leadership - Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Bonus if you have - Technical expertise in data science and/or tooling related to analytics and data science

While this is a remote-friendly position, being based in Stockholm or elsewhere in Sweden is a bonus as it allows for more frequent in-person collaboration. We also have offices in Amsterdam and London, so we encourage you to apply if you are located in Sweden, the Netherlands or the UK.
