Your role as an Executive Assistant
As our new Executive Assistant, you will be an important member of the CEO office. You will work in close collaboration with the CEO and the Executive Management team. You will contribute to a lot of value for the business and be responsible for all administration and planning for this Executive management team.

Responsible for the CEO's calendar
Draft presentations of the CEO in Power Point
Support around internal communication to organization from the CEO and Executive management team
Coordination around the Quarterly report process, Annual General Meeting and Corporate day/s
Set agendas and write protocols for the Executive management team meeting
Coordination around board meetings
Organizing team events and activities
Responsible for three events during the year + involved with event planning globally with other offices
Travel bookings and expense accounting
Act on things that arise ad hoc

As an Executive Assistant, you are expected to be one step ahead and

Has worked at least three (3) years in a similar role
Demonstrates strong communication skills in English and are completely comfortable with the fact that many of us use English as our corporate language. Swedish and other language is a plus
Has the capability of driving cross-organizational projects and have the ability to bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
Works proactively and independently, as well as having a professional way of working where you contribute both as support and as someone to brainstorm with
You show discipline in delivering tasks in high quality and on time
You are interested in new technology and are comfortable in MS Office and setting up digital meetings, regardless of whether it is for 3 or 500 people
It is a great advantage if you have previous experience in the tech industry
