We are looking for a structured, self-motivated and positive person that will support our CEO and CFO in Sweden, as well as working with project management. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Swedish leadership team at a leading global facility management company, with great development opportunities.
About the role
You will report directly to our CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s daily activities and leadership functions. You will be a part of the CFO leadership team and will be essential to the team’s efficiency and success, providing administrative support along with financial analysis and reporting. Additionally, as a project manager you will lead strategic and operational projects on behalf of the Swedish leadership team.
Key responsibilities:

• organize and coordinate scheduling and calendar management for CEO and CFO
• manage travel arrangements and logistics, incl. accommodations and transportation for the CEO and CFO
• provide administrative support to CEO and CFO
• participation, facilitation, and follow-up to ensure timely execution of CFO leadership meetings
• support the financial leadership team with analysis and reporting
• preparation of presentations and written materials
• project manager for various strategic and operational projects (planning, resource coordination, monitoring progress & stakeholder communication)
• internal and external event management

The position is located at ISS Sweden headquarter in Marievik, Liljeholmen. Travel occurs occasionally.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in the role we are looking for someone with:

• flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
• strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
• excellent time-management and organizational skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
• a university degree in related area, e.g. business economics or civil engineer
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as for example management consultant
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• financial skills and interest
• experienced user of the Microsoft Office package
• preferably experience of working in an international environment
• ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and it's employees
