About the position

The HR Generalist at ILP is a central function that is operationally responsible for all HR-related matters and HR administration. This role constitutes a support function for the studio operations. With your expertise, you are helpful to all employees, management and Talent Managers in areas such as recruitment, preboarding, onboarding, contracts, payroll, compensation & benefits and more.
In the role of HR Generalist, you will work together with our Talent Team, Recruitment and Crewing. Your tasks consist of HR administration, digitization projects within HR, payroll & benefits, assisting in everything from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding, being involved in establishing new routines and streamlining work where there is an opportunity for this. As ILP's HR Generalist, you will be an important part in developing and supporting ILP’s Talent Development function.

• Supporting our Talent Managers
  
• Developing benefit packages
  
• Payroll and compensation management/support
  
• Being responsible for policy documents and guidelines
  
• Managing our HR System

This role reports to the Head of Talent Development and delivers services to all employees. ILP has offices in Stockholm, London and Hamburg, so it is a great plus if you have HR experience working with all three locations. Candidates should speak Swedish and English fluently.
