The role and key responsibilities
As IT Service Owner you are accountable for end-to-end service delivery and development including all service offerings, in particular the value that the service delivers to stakeholders towards the Cloud and IT Infrastructure area. Cloud and IT Infrastructure contains services related to Microsoft Azure, Identity and Access, IT Security, Network etc.
In this role you will have a leading role on the day-to-day operations of the services within your area. Collaboration with other IT Service Owners and Business stakeholders as well as suppliers on tactical level through set governance is one important task as well as follow-up on the delivery and setting the long-term development roadmap for the services. You will participate in the development of our services, contribute with your knowledge and expertise to visualize strategies, roadmaps and develop our existing organization, keeping up to date with technical developments.
The IT Service Owner within NCC has among other things responsibility for these areas on a tactical level

• Service Delivery & Operations
• Continuous improvements and service development
• Service consumer / business relationship
• Lifecycle Management
• Management of service providers.

About Finance & IT
You will join the Group function “Finance & IT”, which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC’s development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with a focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.


Your experience and background
We believe that you have an academic degree or similar in IT and have good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have more than 5 years’ experience from leadership positions and managing teams. You are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Experience from working with Microsoft Azure, Client Management, Network, IT Security and Identity management is important. Other important experiences are ITIL and Agile processes.
You will be very important for us in our journey why we need you to

• have a good knowledge and experience of Cloud technologies and IT Infrastructure with more than 5 years’ experience of leadership positions with the area.
• Be experienced of delivering Infrastructure products with and Agile setup.
• have knowledge and experience in IT sourcing and vendor management
• have extensive experience of outsourced delivery
• have excellent stakeholder management
• be experienced in budgeting and cost management for Cloud and IT Infrastructure

• Have a humble and servant attitude with passion to deliver and operate with high quality
• Genuine interest in new technologies, business models, methods, and processes
• Can work well under pressure with strong level of self-leadership

Additional information
This position is located at an NCC office in any of our major cities in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The position requires some travelling, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible. In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates. You will be reporting to Head of Product Development and Operations
