Important Looking Pirates (ILP) is a multiple VES and Emmy award-winning studio and have created animation and visual effects for some of the greatest storytellers. About the position

As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support. You will handle first-line support for all IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely. Your tasks will include setting up workstations, onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshooting client systems, and contributing to short and long-term projects aimed at enhancing our client platform and support systems. We foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork, where everyone helps out wherever they can.

Your work will include:

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, mainly on-site, with the ability to work from home at times.
• Set up and configure thin-clients and workstations for new hires.
• Troubleshoot client systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Contribute to short, and long-term projects focused on improving our client platform and support systems.

What we are looking for:

• You have previous experience from roles such as IT support or equivalent, preferably some Linux experience. (Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need!)
• 
  You speak and write English fluently
• You are service minded, willing to assist and help out wherever it is needed
• You are responsible and thorough in your work

Experience or interest in the following areas is desirable:

• Linux, Windows and Mac client support
• Basic networking
• Alarms, security controls and CCTV systems
• Google Workplace (formerly G Suite)

Practical details:
Start: According to agreement.
Extent: Full-time position.
Location: Norra Riddarholmshamnen 1, Stockholm, Sweden
Work model: On site, with opportunity for hybrid work.
