Swapp Agency AB is looking for a skilled Lead Interface Coordinator to manage the seamless integration of construction activities on a large industrial site in Boden, Sweden. This is a full-time position for a proactive individual who will ensure the coordination between various teams and contractors involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the interface between different contractors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Monitor and track progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with the overall project schedule.
Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements in all interface coordination activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in interface coordination within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Boden, Sweden.
