Legal Counsel
We are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team.


Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Independently handle legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as NDAs, SPAs, distribution and service agreements, etc.
• Assist with board/shareholders’ meetings
• Provide legal support for M&A transactions
• Assist with regulatory filings and communication with Bolagsverket, Finansinspektionen
• Lead and support other projects linked with the East Capital Group’s activities
• Research on complex legislative and regulatory matters

Qualifications / skills

• LL.M degree
• 3-4 years of relevant legal experience
• Proven ability to work independently on legal matters
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
• Excellent communication and cooperative skills
• Experience with regulated financial entities and knowledge of Mi FID II, SFDR, UCITS and similar framework is a plus
