• Strategic planning of product development programs and projects in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring they align with the product roadmaps and company strategy. This includes establishing clear guidelines for the definition, planning, execution, and closure of projects.
• Oversee the portfolio of product development programs and projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Establish a robust project portfolio reporting system to provide transparency and insights into the status, risks, and performance metrics of all projects. This will involve the creation of standardized reports to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate decision-making at the executive level.
