Job Title: Manager Warehouse

Job Description
The main mission of this role is to be the warehouse leader at Galderma Uppsala’s Manufacturing site. Responsible for the entire warehouse operation, this role ensures the best service to manufacturing and transportation teams, contributing to overall customer satisfaction by playing a vital role in the Supply Chain. You will oversee the short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and operational direction, driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations. Additionally, this position involves managing our external logistics service provider (LSP). As the site is expanding rapidly, we seek someone agile and adaptable to match the pace of growth and committed to delivering top quartile service. By 2025, a new facility will extend our warehouse capacity on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of supervisors, fostering a culture of high performance.

Plan, manage, and coordinate all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations.

Drive strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Track and analyze KPIs, developing action plans to address performance gaps.

Maintain SOPs and work instructions in line with global quality and safety standards.

Promote Health & Safety compliance and be an advocate for a safe work environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize warehouse workflows.

Lead cross-functional logistics projects as the local subject matter expert.
Skills & Qualifications

Masters’s degree or equivalent working experience
-
Proven experience in managing mid-size warehouse operations, preferably within pharma logistics.

Strong leadership skills with a background in team development.

Proficiency with WMS applications and Microsoft Office.

Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and English.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
