Who we are looking for!
We are looking for Saa S Technicians to become part of our Saa S Operations Team providing business critical operational services to our Customers core software, infrastructure, and integrations. You´ll be the Technical Account Manager for key Saa S Customers and will, in cooperation with Service Manager plan/execute changes, upgrades of our software.
You may also work on projects, where you together with the Project Manager and technical teams will be responsible for planning/executing tasks related to setting up environments, integrations, monitoring, software installations. You´ll work close with our Customers building strong Customer Relationships. The Saa S Operations team is involved in monitoring, automations/batch jobs, software installation and upgrades, pipelines setup, interface adjustments and technical support and improvements.
Our aim is to provide a higher availability for our Customers and you´ll be able to influence way of working to optimize operations, processes and services.

To master the role of Saa S Technician we believe that you have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar role,
• Higher education in IT or relevant studies,
• A systematic approach, are structured and committed to deliver good results,
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken,
• You are good at building strong Customer Relationships,
• You are skilled with Powershell, MSSQL
• Experience in networking and security
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology,
• Basic experience with Azure Dev Ops, Azure
• Nice to have: experience with Elastic and Agile
