Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
Nordic Coordinator
This position reports to the Nordic Execution Lead and is based at Solna, Stockholm.
What you will do
The Nordic Coordinator is an agile, dynamic role responsible for streamlining execution for the Nordic organization by centralizing and professionalizing the execution on certain activities. As well as managing administrative work behind internal processes, systems and compliance that is required by the Nordic organization to deliver towards customer and consumer daily.
- Coordinate the overall process development and support the Nordic Commercial team and functions to enable unified processes and routines
- Take ownership for smaller ad hoc projects requested for Country Leads in Sweden & Denmark
- Be an active team member with local market expertise and skill set in the Nordic Business Execution team and a partner with marketing and sales teams as well as other relevant local teams and functions
- Nordic end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) management. Creating PO’s and receipting the overall costs for the total Nordics or the total Country behind Selling teams
- Securing and supporting with creation and/or changes of vendors in Apex tool
- Administrate contracts for Nordics in International Contract Database (ICD)
- Nordic Super user and performing Due Diligence as Business sponsor for vendors in scope for Business Execution team
- Nordic Commercial Record Retention coordinator. First point of contact for Record Retention for Sweden Commercial organization.
What we are looking for
- 3-4 years’ experience in working as a coordinator (marketing or sales assistant) or a similar position required. Preferably in an FCMG company.
- Project management or/and agile skills and knowledge preferred.

Proficiency in speaking and writing Swedish and English is required.
- Fluency in Danish is a benefit.
- Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
- Budget management skills is preferred
- Experience with purchase orders (e.g. Ariba) and accounts management systems/software (e.g SAP) and other financial systems is preferred.
- Experience managing external vendors (incl. procurement, contracting, follow-up, etc) is preferred.
- Well-structured, focused person who is able to set clear priorities
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues having different languages, cultures, and customs
- Proven track record to work and collaborate cross-functionally and cross geography
- Team player with a positive ‘’I can do” mindset
