We are seeking a dedicated On-Site IT Support Specialist to join our team at the Arval office in Danderyd, Sweden.

Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support for laptops, Windows operating systems, peripherals, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
Assist with basic LAN troubleshooting and support for mobile devices.
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues to minimize downtime for end-users.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices and improve support processes.

Your Profile:
You have professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
You reside near Danderyd for daily commuting.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
