We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Sweden. This role focuses on designing and implementing cutting-edge architectural solutions to support digital transformation and improve the customer journey. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, secure, and resilient systems, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a competitive market.

Your Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Develop and manage high-level solution architectures for major IT projects, aligning with business goals and technical requirements.
Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.
Systems Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure systems that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on cloud infrastructure, data integration, and modern application frameworks.
Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with security standards, and proactively mitigate technological risks.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and software aligned with long-term IT strategies and industry trends.
Documentation: Create detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data flows, and technical specifications.
Leadership: Lead technical reviews and actively contribute to project planning, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Solution Architect.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proficiency in microservices architecture and APIs.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and scalability best practices.
Development Practices: Experience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Dev Ops.
Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Understanding of data integration, security protocols, and emerging trends in retail technology.
