Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled On-Site Resident Engineer to provide technical support and expertise to our clients in the areas of measurement and calibration. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful integration of advanced technologies within our clients' environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Act as the main technical contact on-site, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to measurement and calibration systems.
• Advisory Role: Partner closely with the client to understand their requirements, propose customized solutions, and guide the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Product Integration: Manage the integration of calibration products into the client's IT environment to ensure smooth functionality and compatibility.
• Quality Assurance: Address technical quality issues proactively, implement corrective measures, and follow up to ensure long-term improvement.
• Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and presentations for client teams to facilitate knowledge-sharing and effective product usage.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Educational Background: B.Sc or M.Sc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Industry Experience:
  • At least 2 years in the automotive industry, with expertise in embedded software, measurement, and calibration.
  • Proficiency in ETAS INCA or similar tools is required; experience with ASCMO and/or EHANDBOOK is a bonus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong background in automotive calibration and testing.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and structured problem-solving.
• Communication: Excellent communicator who is proactive, organized, and highly customer-focused.
• Languages: Fluent in English, with Swedish proficiency preferred.
