Job Description:
- As a Pega developer, you will take significant responsibility for your performance and delivery.
- You will be part of an agile development team responsible for the entire process, from idea development to follow-up of digital solutions.
- The role involves both new development and operations.
- You will work in a dynamic environment, participating in both formal and informal networks to find solutions and share knowledge.
- You will collaborate well with the team and stakeholders and continuously work on developing your own skills and deliveries.
- Collaborate with an agile team to develop and follow up on digital solutions.
- Work on both new development and the operation of existing systems.
- Communicate effectively, collaborate, and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Share knowledge with the team and take advantage of others' expertise to enhance your own skills.
- Convey information and knowledge in an educational and clear way, adopting a coaching approach to more junior colleagues.
- Help colleagues in cross-functional roles such as requirements analysis and testing when needed.
