We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Director to join our growing Saa S company within the hospitality sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners, driving joint business development opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of partner strategies. You will play a vital role in expanding our partner ecosystem, maximizing revenue, and delivering innovative solutions to hospitality clients.

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager who will play a crucial role in building and strengthening strategic relationships, fostering collaboration, and developing our market presence.
About the Role:
As a Partner Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners in the hospitality industry, including technology providers, resellers, and channel partners. You’ll lead key business development initiatives and collaborative programs that support both our own and our partners' goals while driving joint go-to-market strategies that generate growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Partner Relations: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to align on common goals and visions. As the main contact for our partners, you’ll ensure effective communication and provide the support and training partners need to succeed.
Business Development: Identify and engage potential partners to expand our market presence in the hospitality industry. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to maximize partner-driven leads and business opportunities.
Revenue Growth and Go-to-Market: Develop and implement joint strategies with partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Set and achieve sales targets related to partnerships, and track performance through KPIs, revenue goals, and market share metrics.
Product and Solution Integration: Work with our product and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of partner solutions with our Saa S platform, while advocating for partner perspectives within the organization.
Events and Conferences: Represent the company at industry events and partner-led activities. Organize and participate in webinars, demos, and other marketing initiatives that highlight the value of our partnerships to potential customers.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, ideally within Saa S or the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in building successful partnerships that drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of the Saa S model and hospitality technology, including hotel management software, POS systems, and other solutions.
- Excellent skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency with Saa S platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot), and partner management tools.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
