Product Owner - Software Engineering

YOUR ROLE
We offer the opportunity to join the Software unit within SSC Connect, which is entrusted to develop and maintain critical systems required to connect our customers with their satellites.
As a Product Owner you will own the vision and roadmap for our Core products and support our Monitoring & Control teams with direction and prioritization. You’ll be instrumental in defining the future of our Core products as we advance to the next generation of our tech stack.
Examples of responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision.

• Perform backlog refinement and drive product increment planning.

• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to clarify and deliver project requirements.

• Keep track of data and monitor KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Bridge business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product aligns with business goals, meets user needs, and adapts to changing requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the software teams.

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you need experience with agile methodologies, be skilled at leading teams, and excel at interacting with various stakeholders across the organization.
We will teach you what you need to know about the satellite business and our Monitoring & Control systems, but you need to bring curiosity and a drive to learn and grow.
We believe you have:

• 3+ years of Product ownership and or Scrum master experience in an Agile development environment
• Master’s or Ph D degree in a technical field or have corresponding experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a European citizenship and occasional travelling within and outside Sweden.
This position requires a background control and security interview before employment.
