Regional HR partner (Can be based in Sweden or Finland)

We are seeking a Regional HR Partner to support our dynamic and growing team in the Nordics. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Reporting to the HR Manager Nordics, you’ll work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR services that support our business goals.
You can be located either in Sweden (Stockholm) or Finland (Kuopio or Espoo.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee relations efforts, resolving inquiries, conflicts, and conducting investigations
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top talent
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals
- Provide guidance to HR colleagues on HR best practices and regulations

You must have:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proven experience managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment
- In-depth knowledge of performance management and talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to navigate HR legal requirements and regulations
