POSITION OVERVIEW:
As Sales Executive, you will be selling the seasonal collections to our customers. Actively manage and drive re-order sales by account level, selling both menswear and womenswear, making sure our customers always have good stock levels and sell through, combined with detailed and accurate sales forecasting and budgeting. Be an ambassador for the Tiger of Sweden brand and inspire our partners by telling our story of craftmanship, courage and creativity with a characteristic and powerful approach.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: List the main tasks and duties that the employee in this role will be responsible for. Start with the main responsibility/task. Use bullet points for clarity.
Where possible divide the tasks and responsibilities into headers to ensure clarity.
- Sell in minimum 4 menswear and womenswear collections a year from regional showrooms or by presenting the collection to the customers at their stores
- Visit customers, secure a high standard of TOS visual exposure in store.
- Arrange and execute PK clinics, sales incentives, events, activations and other incitements for increasing sales and visibility.
- Spend time on the shopfloor of key accounts to gather customer feedback and train the sales teams by leading by example
- Keep up to date on product trends, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
- Prepare estimates for the NOS program in collaboration with the Merchandising team to secure high OTB sales and lowering risk of sold-out styles.
- Focus on strong sales and customer relationship building processes. Delivering a superior customer experience including strong follow up - and support of sell through dynamics.
- Social and out-going personality with the ability and interest to create relationships with others and the curiosity to understand the customers’ needs.
- Mindset for creating quality, reliable and punctual.
- Self-driven, highly motivated with a strong business and sales orientated mindset, triggered by delivering great results, individual and as a team.
- Highly motivated with the ability to take own initiative to solve issues, face challenges while also being a supportive team player with a desire to collaborate.
- Experience as a Sales Associate/Executive within retail or wholesale
- Passionate about fashion industry, the Tiger of Sweden brand, driving sales and creating results.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Driving license.
- Microsoft Office packet with focus on Excel
- Infor M3
