About you
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in meeting quotas towards the Saa S software product and ideally for the e-commerce/retail market.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with our customers, identify opportunities with them, and lead the sales cycle until closing the deal.

We’re looking Sales Manager to join our Global Mid-market team. Our ideal candidate thrives when being challenged and is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced shifting environment. Our Sales Managers focus on creating new revenue by selling to existing customers and extending the usage of n Shift products to our current customer base, with the support of technical Pre-Sales, Professional services, and others in closing them.
You will be joining n Shift at a pivotal period, the business is going through an exciting transformation after the merger of five leading companies within the industry, creating a true market leader in our space.
The area of responsibility includes:
    Drive growth by understanding the client and working to tackle their pain point.
    Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the n Shift portfolio
    Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects & existing customer base
    Negotiate and close deals with mid-segment and enterprise-sized retailers/e-commerce businesses and any other customers within our segment, primarily Sweden. GTM may vary and include the Nordics and the rest of the world
    Report to the Director of Sales Mid Market on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) results & improvement ideas
    Stay up to date with new products/services and market trends
    Ability to accurately forecast revenue based on current business opportunities
Requirements
    Proven commercial and business acumen, and skills to develop business through outbound and inbound opportunities
    Experience in presenting to, negotiating with, and closing at C-level
    Strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels
    Energetic & proactive approach
    Ability to be independent and work collectively within a team
    A university degree or equivalent education is an advantage
    Experience in selling Saa S solutions to the e-com/retail sector
    Flexible mindset and can-do attitude: willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs
    Track record of achieving quotas & KPIs
    Experience with CRM software and excellent pipeline management (e.g. Salesforce)
    Understanding of sales performance metrics
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    Must be fluent in English and Swedish, written, reading, and spoken
