Our client is looking for a senior Scrum Master.

You must have the right to work in Sweden without restrictions and ideally be based in or around Stockholm.

Language requirements

Proficient Swedish and English.
About the role

Scrum master to start as soon as possible, to ensure that the team works according to new agile ways of working (SAFe) and has this support ahead of the upcoming PI planning in September (25-26/9). The Scrum master needs to have solid experience of leading agile ceremonies, being a servant leader and a coach to the teams using agile principles, challenging the team as well as supporting the Agile Product Owner in managing the backlog according to priorities and scope.

The consultant is required to work from our client's office in Sundbyberg, on Wednesdays and preferably on more days throughout the week. Requirement to speak both Swedish and English.
