WHAT WILL I DO?

As a part of the Allergy Applications group in our R&D Allergy department, you will play a crucial role in the design and lifecycle management of our IVD tests. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues on product and process care projects, supply activities, resolving challenges, investigations, and product development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, perform and report product and process care activities to ensure quality and efficiency
  
• Take part in internal technical investigations, product updates and risk management activities
  
• Investigate and address customer complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
  
• Actively contribute to continuous improvements for process optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and staying updated on industry advancements.
  

HOW WILL I GET THERE?

You are an organized and structured person who enjoys working in a laboratory environment. In this dynamic role you will support the department by performing investigations and evaluating solutions for our in-vitro diagnostics products. The role requires the ability to plan, perform, evaluate and report your work both in project groups and more independent setting.

Education:

• Master of Science degree, or equivalent work experience, in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or equivalent or a related field.
  

Requirements:

• In depth understanding of immunoassay principles, laboratory techniques, and equipment, with a focus on in vitro diagnostics.
  
• Experience working in the life science industry, preferably with knowledge of production processes related to in vitro diagnostics is a merit.
  
• Experience in immunoassay development would be a valuable asset.

• Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
