The Ferry CHARGER is the interface between the terminal’s substation and the Ro Pax, Ro Ro-ferry, or water taxi. According to local requirements, our Ferry CHARGER solution compensates vessel movement and a wide tidal range. The system offers high and low voltage as well as AC and DC charging power.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Service Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Landskrona, Sweden. As a pioneer in fully automated, fast-connecting ferry charging systems, we're revolutionizing the way marine transportation operates.
Your Role:
As a Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' success. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, oversee service agreements, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our Ferry CHARGER systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of service professionals.

Oversee service agreements and ensure adherence to contract terms.

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with manufacturing units.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the transportation industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical proficiency in ferry charging systems or related technologies.
