Your role
Join our Solution Team as an Engineer and play a pivotal role in adapting, configuring, and integrating cutting-edge solutions for our valued customers. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, using the powerful SAFE platform to create customized graphical interfaces and workflows. Ensure seamless integration with external systems, prioritizing quality in all tasks.
As part of our global team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers in the UK, Sweden, and occasionally the US. With a diverse mix of Swedish and British members, our team promotes a collaborative environment and values proactive individuals who are excellent communicators, team players, and motivated doers.
Your profile
With an academic background in IT, you'll bring strong requirement analysis skills and a logical, problem-solving mindset to the team. Solutions are delivered through a blend of development, configuration, and Dev Ops practices. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additional experience in areas such as dispatch systems, emergency response systems, control room operations, rule-based configurations, and more will set you apart.
As a valued member of the team, you'll work according to agile product development methodologies and demonstrate your expertise in SAFE, Linux and Windows environments.
Other beneficial experiences would be:

Enterprise-level deployments
Rule-based configurations
UX and GUI design
Experience in Test-driven development (TDD) practices
Documentation skills
Atlassian, Confluence and Jira
Test automation, including Gherkin and Specflow
Knowledge of C#, SQL, WCF, WPF, and REST
Experience with CCTV/Video solutions

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
