What you’ll do:
We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life.
About the role:
We are looking for our Supply Chain Coordinator, who will support the team in ensuring the right amount of supply is available to meet the demand for our sales, demos, and rentals.
In this experience, you will be part of our Global Operations team, reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain Management, and working closely with our Logistics team in Stockholm. You will be responsible for coordinating purchases of indirect supplies and collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in supply chain management!
What will your impact look like?

Provide support to Stockholm Supply Chain Team in executing the master plan for direct supply by developing and maintaining reports, checking inventory levels and assisting with tracking of freight.

Review reports daily and flag the Supply Chain Managers of action that may need to be taken on direct supply items.

Follow the PO process for all indirect purchases for North America.

Perform other various other tasks as assigned.
Please Note: This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in our Stockholm office).
What qualifications will help you thrive?
We value potential! Whether you are a recent graduate in a supply chain-related program or have a couple of years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply. If you are within commuting distance to Stockholm and have a good understanding of supply chain concepts such as supply chain and production planning, we’d love to hear from you!

Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations role.

2 years of experience using MRP and ERP systems is preferred (any ERP system with master planning experience is suitable).

Knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes, including safety stock and lead times.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.

Familiarity with Dynamic 365 is highly appreciated.

Fluency in both written and spoken English in professional setting.
