Your role
As a system Test Engineer, you collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with cutting-edge technology in the field. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated and manual tests on automation solutions for the assembly industry. Our system, Industrial Location Spot Point (ILS), encompasses platform software, communication solutions, and hardware devices integrated with software, such as sensors and cameras. Your main task is testing of the full system, a C++ software base with frontend in React/Preact and Typescript, interface testing by using Node JS/Codecept JS, and also manual testing.

Tech stack: Node JS / Java Script / Typescript, Codecept JS, Preact, C++, Jenkins, Jira, Jama

Mission:

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive system tests
• Testing on a C++-based code and web-based interfaces
• Actively participate in research and technology innovation initiatives
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

City: Sickla (Nacka, Stockholm). We have a hybrid workplace model, combining the best of remote work and in-person collaboration. The role includes travelling to colleagues and customers worldwide, about 10-14 days per year.

You will need

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechatronics or similar
• Experience in automatic software test design
• Knowledge in relevant technologies
• Interest in working with physical products and building test rigs
• Fluency in English
