What Your Team Does
You will be part of a dedicated People team consisting of a Talent Acquisition Partner, two People Partners, and our Chief People Officer, supporting all of Qliro from a talent and people perspective. Your role as a Talent Acquisition Partner is both operational and strategic. We take the recruitment of our future colleagues seriously — how else are we going to be the best in our field? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are integral to ensuring that we, as a company, can fulfill our strategy and reach our goals. You do this through a genuine interest in the business, learning and understanding who we need on board to achieve our objectives. You will continuously challenge and support our leaders in attracting and hiring the best talent for Qliro. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading various talent projects and initiatives across the organisation, as well as setting and following the strategic agenda of the People team to support Qliro’s overall strategy.
What You’ll Do

• Drive recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, providing a high level of service to both candidates and hiring managers
• Coach and partner with functional leads and managers on all matters relating to their recruitment and staffing needs, both operational and strategic
• Run and implement strategic development projects and processes with your team or stakeholders in the organisation
• Collaborate with the rest of the People team to ensure we are prepared to scale as we expand into new countries

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Experience working in an in-house, end-to-end recruitment role for a few years, where you've managed the recruitment process from the initial meeting to the signed contract
• A proven track record of driving recruitment and acting as an advisor and partner to hiring managers
• Experience in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
• Involvement in or leadership of process improvements, strategic initiatives, or projects related to talent attraction.Fluency in Swedish and English (English is our corporate language)
• While experience recruiting for tech roles is highly beneficial, it’s more important that you are curious about understanding the organization, our business, and the kind of people we need to reach our goals
