Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure, Workplace Separation, Remote Working (h/f)

Are you a Program Manager with a strong background in program management, IT infrastructure, and change management, in a large international environment?


emagine is looking for your skills to lead a comprehensive and ambitious Workplace Separation Program. This includes implementation of Microsoft Intune, the replacement of approximately 10,000 devices, the review and migration of the TPA solution, the upgrade of print servers, and the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.


Key Skills:


  • Technical Project / Program Manager with over 7 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure, operating systems, virtual environments, endpoint management, printing…
  • Experience with large migration or separation programs
  • Skilled in set up and running of structures for communication and governance of complex programs
  • Good knowledge of change management
  • Excellent communication skills – able engage all levels of stakeholder and different cultures
  • Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action
  • A track record of driving results.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


Key Tasks:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Workplace Separation Program
  • Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Intune
  • Manage the replacement of close to 10,000 devices
  • Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Review and oversee the migration of the TPA solution
  • Oversee the upgrade of print servers
  • Supervise and guide project managers on these projects
  • Ensure cohesive and coordinated effort across the program
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Track progress and address issues and risks
  • Implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption
