MGE Player Experience purpose is to enable our product teams to work efficiently by providing direction and research to serve the wider MGE goals and strategy. The role is multi-disciplinary as you are accountable for product, design and tech within your area. This role is also a part of the MGE leadership group, where you will contribute to the development and execution of the product vision, strategy and roadmap for MGE.

Start: January 2025
Length: 14 months (parental leave coverage)
Location: Stockholm/hybrid

The Executive Producer for MGE Player Experience works closely with the UX Director for MGE Player Experience and is formally accountable for a small organization of approx. 15 team members. At the same time, it’s expected to collaborate with multitudes of teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the UX/UI product strategy for MGE along with providing support and guidance to all product team executing on the strategy.
  
• Responsible for the holistic view of the player journey, helping to create a smooth experience to easily find the various experiences in our product, while balancing our overall business goals.
  
• MGE UX/UI guidelines.
  
• MGE UX/UI prioritization.
  
• Identifying and collaborating to fill gaps for user research, qualitative and quantitative data within MGE.
  
• Accountable for the Ore UI platform team, ensuring that the team has the right leadership, processes and people to deliver on the MGE UI strategy.
  
• Accountable for recommending rollout sequences for Ore UI in our game, and that all product teams working in Ore UI are unblocked on the platform side.
  
• Collaborating closely with all UI teams, ensuring that the right forums for conversation, collaboration and synergy exist for product, design and tech to continuously improve the holistic player experience.
  
• People management, coaching and removing blockers for 4 roles (Producer, Engineering Manager, UX Director and UX Writer)
  

Also part of this role:

• The teams working with the Game Experience are spread out across two main locations: Stockholm, Sweden and US, so for the Interim

Executive Producer, we assume availability to attend evening meetings 2-3 days a week to connect with teams in other time zones.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English required.
