Unit Manager for Impact Assessment East & North
Stockholm, Uppsala, or Luleå, Sweden

We are looking for a Unit Manager for East & North within Impact Assessment. You could be the leader we are seeking to drive sustainable societal development with our strong teams based in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Luleå.
Your new role
As the new Unit Manager for Impact Assessment East & North, you will direct our teams in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Luleå. As part of the management team for Impact Assessment Sweden, you'll be collectively responsible for business development across the country. Our projects, which span renewable energy, green industrial transitions, biodiversity, water operations, and infrastructure, are in high demand, offering an excellent opportunity for growth.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading one of our three units within Impact Assessment Sweden and participating in the management team.
- Guiding Team Leads and consultants across our teams in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Luleå.
- Driving project and business development within Impact Assessment alongside consultants, clients, and colleagues.
- Creating and nurturing customer relationships and taking representative roles in major projects.
- Actively working to expand the unit to meet the demand for our expertise and services.
