The Private Equity Internship is an opportunity for a young professional with top credentials to launch into a career with a world-leading Private Equity buy-out manager and join their investment team. As part of this internship, you will support the Private Equity Services buy-out team on all aspects related to sourcing and execution of private equity investments and portfolio management:

• Assessing and valuing prospective investment opportunities
• Modeling business plans, LBO structures and investment returns
• Participating actively in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, ESG, tax and legal due diligence)
• Drafting internal investment recommendation documents
• Conducting various other tasks related to sourcing, market research, product reporting and marketing

We are looking for a candidate to join the team in September 2024 or January 2025 for 4-6 months.
