Job Description

• Daily reconciliation and booking of trading transactions (bonds, stocks, futures, options, and derivatives)
• Daily bank account reconciliation and contact with brokers and banks
• Responsibility for month-end closing
• Assistance with year-end closing according to IFRS
• Processing invoices and paying creditors
• Preparing debtor invoices and reconciling incoming payments
• Managing employee expenses and cost reporting
• Projects in accounting

The Successful Applicant

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV), accounting clerk
• Fluent in English and German
• 0-5 years of work experience in accounting and/or the financial industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• A good eye for detail
