Job Description
The Accounting assistant we are looking for will work on the following responsibilities :

• Book purchase orders and non-purchase orders invoices
• up on purchase orders issues
• Handle vendors and internal stakeholders' queries through different mailboxes
• Manage employees travel expenses
• Participate to annual closing activities
• Record closing entries
• Participate to various department projects in line with the objectives of improving the productivity and efficiency of accounting processes

The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounting assistant will bring the following background and experience :

• 
  
  Degree in accounting


• 
  
  2-4 years of accounting experience


• 
  
  Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment


• 
  
  Ability to collaborate effectively across departments


• 
  
  Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance


• 
  
  English fluent (min B2)


• 
  
  Advanced proficiency in ERP system and advanced proficiency on Microsoft pack
