Utilising a combination of strong analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to pension solutions, including financial reporting and performance management, M&A and corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis, asset liability studies, and risk management.

The Role
In this role, you will work with experienced colleagues to design and implement solutions to the challenges faced by leading companies and their pension funds. This will involve the analysis and valuation of pension funds for financial reporting, strategic decision-making and risk management purposes. Additionally, you will actively contribute to marketing and research activities.

The Requirements
You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys quantitative modeling, with a relevant educational background. You have 5-10 years of professional work experience, ideally in valuation of pension plans or general consulting or analytical / mathematical studies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are second nature to you and you (preferably a native German speaker) are able to communicate fluently in English, with any other languages being an advantage. You enjoy working within a team and would look forward to working with colleagues and clients who are based both within Switzerland and internationally. You have strong project management skills and good organizational abilities as well as an aptitude for managing multiple stakeholder groups.
