Are you passionate about smartphones and gadgets? Do you thrive in a retail environment? As a Retail Hardware Operations Manager, you will play a key role in how we showcase the latest in mobile technology and accessories in our Sunrise stores. If you love tech, thrive on organization, and enjoy creating innovative in-store experiences, this role is perfect for you.

Tasks:

Oversee all hardware stagings in Sunrise stores, ensuring that smartphones and accessories are presented effectively
Manage product placement by utilizing a Planogram Tool to strategically position hardware and accessories
Coordinate the launch of new smartphones in the retail environment, ensuring timely communication and pricing updates
Develop and implement innovative in-store measures to promote smartphone ecosystems, accessories, and gadgets
Design and implement advertising subsidy systemsto support device promotions and sales
Ensure that communication and pricing for all hardware are consistently updated across the store network

Requirements:

Retail experience
Solid understanding of retail and store development practices, with experience in the Swiss retail space
Knowledge of hardware staging tools (e.g., Planogram)
Strong passion for technology and hardware, particularly smartphones, tablets, and accessories
Strong presentation skills, particularly in Power Point
Self-motivated individual with a desire to have a visible impact in-store
Fluency in German and English (French or Italian are a plus)
