Be responsible to communicate our Sunrise Moments, Entertainment and B2B Topics in our Sunrise Shops. Join the team driving innovation in retail operations. As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience our stores. Our team is dynamic, and our focus on strategic retail communication ensures that every customer interaction is streamlined and impactful.

Tasks:

Lead retail communication for entertainment, Sunrise Moments, and B2B within stores
Act as the single point of contact for these topics across the shop environment
Develop roadmaps, plan, and prioritize initiatives to maximize shop efficiency
Create clear and concise briefings for the creative and communication teams
Ensure that customers receive essential information in-store without feeling overwhelmed
Oversee small-scale shop development projects, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong expertise in retail communication with experience managing complex retail environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point
Highly resilient and self-motivated, capable of working independently
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
