Position Summary

As Administrative Assistant Technical Services, you will be responsible for the support the entire CAMO team with
administrative tasks. You will collaborate with all team members and interact with other departments of the
Jet Aviation Flight Services Group.

Main Responsibilities

Administrative support for Share Point, Avianis and other software as required
Document keeping
Intra-department invoice control
Control of flight logs
Distribution of aircraft related software
Monthly reporting
Oversight of aircraft radio station license
Development and updating intra-department process manuals

Minimum Requirements

Experience with Microsoft suite
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Team-player, customer oriented and communicative personality
Well-organized and multi-tasking with a sense of precision
Interest for aviation
