  • Compile best practices and lessons learned in the AI domain.
  • Support the development and refinement of the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Prepare insights and materials for corporate reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on AI for communities of practice, fan engagement initiatives, and business innovations.

Education, Language, and IT Competences:
  • University education or equivalent experience in AI or a related field.
  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing AI-related projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and building community networks.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Interest in sports and in leveraging AI to enhance fan engagement and experiences.
Technical, Organizational, and Personal Competences:
  • Strong understanding of AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and effectively.

Join us in this dynamic role and play a key part in revolutionizing fan engagement through AI. Your expertise will help shape the future of sports interactions and set new benchmarks in the world of artificial intelligence.

Come and join an organisation where the spirit of inclusion, gender equality and diversity is embedded in its DNA, and which focuses on what unites us – a passion for sport and its values. Work in a flexible and rewarding environment which offers competitive employee benefits and numerous incentives to live a sustainable, healthy and active life.
