Job Description

• Independently managing daily business in accounts receivable and accounts payable, in collaboration with the Head of Accounting.
• Verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements, obtaining authorization of payment, and preparing and mailing invoices.
• Be able to resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments.
• Applying and executing the Internal Control process and procedures.
• Supporting self-assessment controls
• Performing general administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

• Language skills: English and basic knowledge of Spanish. German and Swiss German nice to have.
• You are a proficient user of MS Office, especially on Excel.
• You are highly service-oriented as well as pro-active and you enjoy bringing in ideas to foster improvements
• You are able to organize and prioritize your work in an efficient and effective manner
• You enjoy working in a diverse working environment and bring high social and intercultural competences as well as good oral and written communication skills
