We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.
Are you ready to drive a major business transformation in the APAC/EMEA region? As an ASPIRE Affiliate Deployment Lead, you'll play a vital role in deploying the Roche ASPIRE Program within our Diagnostics commercial affiliates. This unique opportunity allows you to shape the commercial backbone of our organization, contributing to the standardization of global business processes. The role requires approximately 40% travel, especially during the onboarding and collaboration phases.
The Opportunity:
-
You lead the strategic rollout of the ASPIRE program in collaboration with affiliate teams in APAC/EMEA, managing timelines and milestones.
-
You act as the primary liaison between global, and regional ASPIRE teams, and affiliates, aligning local needs with the global deployment strategy.
-
You ensure the harmonization and simplification of business processes in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
-
You enable local deployment through change management, securing leadership buy-in, managing resistance, and executing training plans.
-
You oversee local project governance, onboarding team members, and supervising all project phases, including data cleansing, workshops, testing, and deployment.
-
You manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and post-project evaluation, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
-
You coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, monitor project progress, and contribute to ASPIRE initiatives while serving as a knowledge connector across business areas and regions.
Who you are:
-
You hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree being an added advantage.
-
You have over 5 years of leadership experience in a matrix organization, ideally within a Diagnostics commercial affiliate, with experience in large-scale IT project implementations as a plus.
-
You possess strong knowledge of business processes and project management, with excellent decision-making abilities.
-
You have outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with a strategic, solution-oriented, and conceptual mindset.
-
You excel as a system thinker and in change management, effectively managing stakeholders' expectations while balancing affiliate needs and global program interests.
-
You are a natural communicator with high emotional intelligence, adept at aligning local needs with global demands for sustainable project execution.
-
You are self-driven, highly structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure, with sensitivity to cultural differences in communication and working styles.
-
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
