St. George’s International School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Houseparent to join our dedicated boarding team in January 2025. The role is a non-teaching, residential post with accommodation provided.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a young boarding professional with a strong background in pastoral care and safeguarding to contribute to our boarding programme. The ability to understand and enjoy multi-culturalism is a key requirement of this post. The Assistant Houseparent will primarily work with the girls in the Boarding House.
The Assistant Houseparent role is vital in ensuring the wellbeing of all the boarders at school, by fostering a warm, homely, supportive and caring environment for the students in which all boarders are able to flourish.

The Assistant Houseparent will work closely with the Head of Boarding. Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
