Our client, an International Private Bank is actively seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join its team in Zurich. The role will report to the Head of operations and Administration with a dotted line to the Relationship Managers. The aim of the role is to support Relationship Managers in all of the daily tasks with the aim of completing of all of the clients requests in an efficient and timely manner.

Tasks:

Conducting calls with clients, including performing call-backs to confirm manual payment orders
Providing assistance to clients with their immediate queries
Completing client ad-hoc requests including dispatch of statements and advices
Assisting clients in account opening process to ensure that all the mandatory documents are completed, including preparing the initial KYC for RM review
Support the RM in compliance related tasks including daily alerts monitoring and EDD update
Ensure all the relevant information is complete and ready for the RM to verify and submit
Provide support to RM`s in completing Credit related tasks, including reviewing the clients credit application, raising e-credit files, follow-up with relevant departments and checking credit documents to ensure they are complete
Entering Clients FX, Time Deposit and Fiduciary orders in system
Active participation in projects and any other activities required / pertinent to the role, and as required.

Requirements:

Swiss Banking apprenticeship or equivalent
Banking & Finance Degree or similar
Must have sound knowledge of the regulatory and compliance topics
3-5 years experience in a similar role
English – Excellent Written & Spoken (a must)
